Why is it when you’re having an ok day that the gods conspire against you?

Only gone and put my foot through the decking. Sprained ankle and bruised foot. The really annoying thing is we were going to fix that section up this weekend. 
Everyone always tells me I should slow down and stop trying to do so much. Looks like I’ve got enforced relaxation tonight anyway! doh!
